Recently, Boston University Medical Center treated a man who took an over-the-counter dietary supplement containing over 400 times the amount of Vitamin D listed on its label.

The 42-year-old man took Prolongevity vitamin D supplements, manufactured in Markham, Ontario. Doctors tested three different lots of Prolongevity vitamins. The tests revealed vitamin D levels 26 to 430 times the amount the company listed on its labels.

See your doctor if you have experienced serious health problems caused by supplemental vitamins. In addition, it may be important to contact an attorney who can help you protect your legal rights. Please keep in mind that there may be time limits within which you must commence suit.
