The Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) is responsible for monitoring the safety of many children's products. While government oversight of such products has reduced the number of child
injuries and
deaths, such tragic events continue to occur. Dangerous children's products remain on the market. For instance, in 1999 alone the CPSC recalled or investigated nearly 100 dangerous products.
If your child has been seriously injured by one of these products it may be important for you to
contact an attorney who can help you protect your legal rights. Please keep in mind that there may be time limits within which you must commence suit.
