Certain types of chemotherapy drugs known as alkylating agents were given to boys for the treatment of cancers of the bone, cartilage, and certain muscles. Researchers recently discovered that some of these alkylating agents may cause fertility problems for such boys later in life. The drugs were found to destroy sperm producing cells.

If you received alkylating agents as part of a chemotherapy regimen during childhood, it may be important to contact an attorney who can help you protect your legal rights. Please keep in mind that there may be time limits within which you must commence suit.
